At Daxer, we aim to ensure all products arrive as expected and in good condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the information below.
Your right to cancel
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be unused, unopened and in their original condition;
- Be returned with all original packaging, labels and seals intact;
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase; and
- Be approved for return by Daxer before being sent back.
Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide return instructions.
Return costs
Where you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
This applies to all products supplied by Daxer, including hazardous (hazchem) items.
Where specialist transport arrangements are required, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returns are made using a suitable service and in accordance with any applicable transport regulations.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Incorrect, damaged or faulty items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your order is incorrect, damaged in transit or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs where possible.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or supplied in error, Daxer will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- A replacement;
- A refund; or
- Collection of the affected goods at our expense.
Non-returnable items
For safety, quality assurance and traceability reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened, used or partially used;
- Products returned without their original labels or packaging;
- Products that have been decanted, transferred or altered after delivery;
- Custom, made-to-order or specially sourced items; or
- Any item returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold safely.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Refunds
Once returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of either:
- Receiving the returned goods; or
- Receiving evidence that the goods have been returned,
whichever occurs first.
